great location, price, older comfortable hotel

I liked this place considering the low cost and convenience. I am a walker and rarely needed a ride from here. Local neighborhood restaurants for cheap good food and not hard to find convenience store type items. 15 min. walk to tourist area of town. Easy to get a ride when you want one. Quiet at night, but some hotel repairs make some noise during the day. Friendly helpful staff. Lobby is attractive but hotel rooms have older, odd style.
