Very nice and helpful personnel. Location is both good and bad. It is just by the Main Street of Bangrak. There are plenty of restaurants and shops outside. But also you can hear street noise. Especially if you choose rooms/villas far from the beach. Beach villas are huge (three separate bedrooms) and are located just on very quiet beach. Be aware that location is very close to the airport. There is no restaurant/bar in the hotel. There are neighbouring hotels with beach bars available or shops just outside of the hotel.
