Value for money in a pretty garden setting

Our stay was good,even though the beds were very hard,we managed to get a blanket to soften the mattress a bit.This is a popular hotel for many older people who stay for 2 months or more .the setting is lovely,pretty tea garden where meals are taken and a very nice swimming pool which is cleaned every day.The staff are helpfull always smiling and the rooms were clean.For a budget hotel it was one of the best ones.Breakfast was basic and the menu for other meals were mostly Thai.We ate out much of the time.Location is good within easy reach of everything,yet away from the busy road so it's quiet.We would stay here again if we go back to Chaing Mai.
