Delay our check in time

We got hotel at 3PM but our room were not ready till 5PM.When we got in our room, they had not even sent our luggage to our room.We would like to take the shuttle bus to BTS station but the shuttle bus was not operated after 5PM.It was exhausted to take big luggages to walk from hotel to BTS station.
