Love this place
Arrived mid afternoon, very smooth check in although i couldn't understand why they wanted THB5000 per night deposit for mini-bar when mini-bar was free ! this could be an issue for some travelers staying for a longer period. The suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean, it had all necessary accompaniments that you would expect. The view from our level (58) of the city was fantastic both in day and night time. The club lounge facility was a bonus, excellent buffet style food and free flow beverages. Breakfast was excellent, the best we encountered in Thailand. I suppose the crowning glory of this place is the rooftop bars and restaurants. All excellent but a little pricey after a few drinks. The queues at ground level coming up to use these facilities are constant from around 6pm. The pool area is also of a high standard with both sunshine and shade available. Only one minor detail irked us was that getting an elevator from floor to floor can be a long wait. This is mainly due to all the housekeeping and maintenance staff who use them constantly day and night despite having a service lift. I really think the management should revise this procedure.
