We stayed in one of the tower club rooms in march 2019. The hotel itself is very impressive, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially during check in.The cocktails at Breeze, Alfresco 64 were really really good. All our meals were wonderful with breathtaking views. The best meal was at Sirocco, yes it is a little pricey but for the food quality and views it is worth it. The complimentary drinks and canapes at the lounge was a surprising treat. The only negatives would be the pool. It is not very attractive and nothing to wow about considering the hotel itself is pretty spectacular. Looks old and dated and the design is very odd for such a well established hotel. The spa was OK, we had a couples massage and the therapists kept talking amongst themselves and their technique was not so good. Left feeling underwhelmed. Lastly, there should be a separate smoking area at Sirocco, right now it is a few steps below the main dining but the cigarette smell killed the atmosphere

Still good but not as good...

Excellent Service but slightly old

Incredible view over the river from the balcony in the 55th floor
We have been shocked of the prices in scirocco bar but the staff has beeb very friendly

EXCELLENT!!
Love love this hotel. We had a great room with city view. Our dinner in Sirocco speechless, everything is do good, the staff, sommelier, food... We love it!!!!
