Bad Management

not enough parking space. the staff at the evening shift tried to provide the standard room ,instead of the deluxe suit, for my reservation. the room was not clean and very old. the staff tried to charge me more for the deluxe suit which i had already paid the full amount for the deluxe suit to agoda.com. finally, they switch me to the deluxe suit when i mentioned about my review. bad management.

Nice hotel, good price

Regular traveller
A great place to stay for business or holiday. 15 minutes walk to Chaopaya river and jetty. A huge shopping "Central plaza West Gate" is just 10 minutes drive away.

Great Customer service but building is already old
Staff are all friendly but communicating in English is very Hard. Furnitures are all worn out, basic cable channels, furniture and bathroom are all worn out. I think the place is too expensive provide... อ่านต่อ
