Good location but noisy

I decided to stay in this resort as it was very close to Apnea Total, a freediving club.
There are plenty of different accomodations in this resort: wooden bungalows, a new wing of apartments at the back and a new building by the sea. I was staying at the back. Rooms are brand new, big, but quite minimalistic (don't expect sleepers, bathrobe, a safe or even a dustbin). Also the walls are ceiling are very thin so you'd better hope the neighbors are quiet. The windows are pretty weird, as there is a gap of about 1 centimeter at the top. I could enjoy all the noise outside (mostly frogs and crickets) and the mosquitoes could fly in at will ...

I was also disappointed to see the free wi-fi didn't apply to the rooms but only to the lobby (and still couldn't connect anyway). For the breakfast, you need to collect a voucher every day from the reception !! Quality of the breakfast is standard.

In summary, the hotel is decent but too expensive

Great location and Hotel

Best place to stay on Koh Tao
