Beach front villa

Pros- the beach front villa with private pool wow what a view and location right on the beach. Wonderful spa located on the beach with awesome staff. Plenty of room 3 beds 2 baths and fridge. Transfer to and from the pier is a nice plus but why not advertise that?
Cons- black water on the 2nd night in the shower and sinks. Safe was not bolted down you could just pick it up and carry it out. T.V. only recieved 2 channels. The doors leading to the pool didn't seem very secure . Breakfast revamp is needed bad. You have 5 or 6 people just sitting around. Why not have a cook to order eggs or omelet station? Main pool deck is missing boards. Why? Landscapers leave bags around when they're finished planting plants.(3days) why?
Don't mean to complain it is just some little things that added up. Overall we loved Koh Tao and enjoyed the Seashell

Chillax to The Max!
Very pleasant and cute little hide away in he heart of Sairee. A stones throw from beach. Which is more private and peaceful than on the beach.

My room is not private villa it is a bungalow and the staff do not check you in fast
Terrible experience There is no light to my room I believe with this price you can find more decent service
