Wonderful
We stayed at the resort across the road last year (which we enjoyed) but thought the Andalay was so lovely we wanted to come back! We weren't disappointed!
Good:
Position, beach (beautiful), restaurant, size of rooms, cleanliness, very friendly staff and very helpful too, swimming-pool, general appearance and general ambience.
Had breakfast which was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Lunch was good and freshly cooked. We didn't eat dinner there as there were so many places to eat within walking distance but we ate there last year and were very satisfied.
Bad:
Bit of a smell in the bathroom -- but it's Thailand, hot and it wasn't all the time. It didn't bother us and I only mention it as I thought I had to say something bad!
The best meal we had there (and we found it last year) was Yang Restaurant -- about 300 metres away on the right (walking to the 7-11) and down a small lane. We can "highly" recommend it!
We will return to Koh Lanta, Klong Nin Beach again and will "definately'' stay at the Andalay!
