New hotel... still many things to improve

The hotel was very new, many good facilities. However, there are so many things to improve: - Playground was designed nicely but some equipment was not safely. - Staff was woking very hard but most of them just joined the hotel. Management didn't guide and help them manage so at some areas, staff was super busy while in another area, staff was doing nothing. - COVID prevention in restaurant was very poor. No glove provided. Staff allowed customer without mask at the food area. And the most horrible thing happened, a child coughed, rub his nose and

Nice room, poor breakfast with untrained staff

Great exoeriences
I love everything except the GM. We met him at breakfast but he not event greeting us or checking the feedback. All staffs are very polite and friendly. The breakfast Should not provide a big portion... อ่านต่อ
