a great property marred by the restaurant staffs

this place is as good as it looks in pictures and though around 2 km away from Aao nang the hotel provides free pickup and drops which is great. The check-in is smooth and so are the rooms but what puts a black spot to this place is the restaurant staff. Imagine sitting in a restaurant where the waiter lady is so visibly bored and disinterested in taking orders from you that you feel like running away. On top of it being a non-thai no help is offered in terms of menu items. In the entire 3 days of stay except for the cab driver and receptionist, we did not see one single person smiling at us or in general...

Real coffee, pool, and Netflix

Superb resort but agoda charge 40 dollars extra for the amount paid
Superb resort with clean facility. Small swimming pool. Polite and helpful staff. The coconut ice cream outside the resort is delicious. Booked for $496 including taxes but Agoda charged $534
