Not impressed at all.

We were there during Coronavirus, staff didn't check us at all, no temperature was checked up, staff unfriendly and none was actually speak English, we were asking to room service some drinking water that never came..
At breakfast also no staff was checking temperature or wear mask and gloves to serve customers....

The 2 nd Security card always has priblem
I have to put 500 baht deposit for the 2nd security hotel card. But it can not scan the elevator and my room's door Twice. So Annoying. 2 times contact the receptionist to manage.
