Yes, yes, yes!

After the obligatory awful taxi ride from the airport with the taxi driver trying to scam you at every possible part of the journey, arrival was smooth and the hotel doormen explained to me how much I really owed the taxi, do the same and just double check. Hotel lobby very big and somewhat overpowering as you walk in- very modern and right opposite Patpong for the night market and "other" late night attractions... Room was stunning, given about 6 bottles of water a day so no shortage there. Staff very helpful with everything you need. Lived up to it's reputation as one of the best in Bangkok!
