Good hotel but could be more environmentally friendly

This is a good option for a stay in Bangkok but I wish the hotel gave its guests the option of not changing bedsheets/ towels everyday. Also the gym didn't have water jugs and cups that guests could use to drink water - the only option was to drink from plastic bottles (which they provided) which is very wasteful.
