Location was excellent but a little on the pricey side. The airconditioning was terrible and I had to request for them to intervene every night as we were woken up in the middle of the night in sweat. It was sweltering hot in the room and they mentioned that there was nothing wrong with the airconditioning. The room was changed several times but eventually they removed something in the airconditioning controls that enabled the airconditioning to function a little better. For the price we are paying, it was indeed a little disappointing having to deal with the hot room.

Great place to stay
Very conveniently located for shopping, food, clubbing and massage. Hotel staff are excellent and very polite. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Impeccable service.

Internal software system was broken when I arrived. However, front desk staff was quick find various means to check me in as quickly as possible.
