excellent customer service

We were on our honeymoon and sick with stomach virus the whole time. We had to extend our stay and cancel part of our trip. The help from staff was beyond our expectations. We got a upgraded room and got to stay in that room once our stay was extended. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location opposite pat pong night markets.
