NEVER BOOK VIPA HOUSE PHUKET!!!🤬😡

-No one speaks English - No lifts you have to manually break your back carrying suitcases upstairs! -Room disgusting smell so bad, dust, blankets were all mould, Pillow case had dried blood. ( lucky we take our own sleeping bags) -Paid a few months in advance just to get here and they had no idea about our booking (Booked online thru -Agoda) Called Agoda, called owner so much confusion they found our booking it was 1.AM took 3 hours to sort paper work it out + 5 hours to set room up 🤦🏽‍♀️By that time the sun was out😴Everybody was so unwelcoming absolutely rude! Never ever book thru VIPA HOUSE PHUKET!

We like stay here so much
Very friendly staffs, clean and tidy room, good location. Convenient to HomePro, Villa Market, 7-11, etc. , while quiet at the same time. If you have motorbike that would be awesome.
