Stayed a total of 5nights. As mentioned by many, hotel is located alittle off the main road but no worries as there is tuk tuk service (great service by the drivers btw). what we are not satisfied is the house- keeping staff.. we requested for them to freshen up our room on the 25th, things went as per normal. When we were about to leave for breakfast on the 27th, the manager suddenly stopped us and asked if we broke a glass cup on the 25th. God knows if they broke it but decided to push the responsibility to us. They even took out the plastic bag with the broken glass inside. But we didn't even break anything! It is really unhygienic as there were used pantyliners inside the plastic bag.. why couldn't they ask straight on the 25th? Secondly, on the 2nd last night my hubby got bitten by bedbugs and had 3 tiny wounds on his neck. The pillow had 3 tiny blood stains too. All they said was sorry and they will look into it.. no compensation, nothing... sadly, we wont be back again.
