The hotel is near the harbor and beach. However I used to think the beach belongs to the hotel only, while it is actually a public one, so the price is not actually worth of it

The good: Location, staff, and the pool. It is literally the closest hotel to Tonsai Pier. The pools were also very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bad: the physical facility. We stayed in what could have been a great room if the hotel had simply gotten the basics right. Let start with ... a room that doesn't leak like a seive when it rains. I will try and post pictures of the some of the water on the floor but suffice it to say do not count on having a dry floor if you stay here during the rainy season. The next bad. This place had the worst bed and furniture out of any place I have stayed in Thailand. It felt like I was sleeping on the tile floor. The "suites" furniture selection was terrible; Two rock hard chairs and a coffee table doesn't make a suite. I swear you could go to an ikea or homepro and pick the worst/most uncomfortable couch you can find... and it would've been been better. The water is not potable. Even then ... it stopped working. ...etc.
