I had a feeling this place would not meet my expectations. The location is next to the pier coming off the ferry and shopping/food. I was put on the main entrance side. The we’re doing some type of construction and very inside the room. I asked to be refunded my money or moved. They said “check Agoda” website and didn’t seem to care. I was moved and it was much quieter on the other side. Water smelled in the shower and water didn’t get hot. Internet constantly dropping and poor TV selection. Way overpriced. I would have rather stayed on the opposite end of island. Very outdated hotel and breakfast mediocre. I skipped it on my second day to eat somewhere else. No chairs on the beach. The man carrying my luggage to room was friendly. Front desk didn’t were neutral in affect.
