Very clean, comfortable big room. Soft and hard pillows to choose from. Nice cosy feeling.

Excellent service staff especially door girl PUI. I was unfortunate to met a minor car.accident. as I was.back to the hotel. She assist me with wheelchair all the way to my room. She is concern and ask if I do need anything, I can call her. Such excellent person to person service is rare.. keep up the good work PUI. Also like to comment on duty manager who call me and the concierge who arrange the taxi for me the next day to to the airport. Good staff from the Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
