Bad Experience from Customer Service Officer - Xing Kai (China staff)
It was a very bad experienced during my recent visit to this hotel.
Westin is always our no 1 choice on our yearly visit due to its location, good customer service and cleanliness. However, the quality was changed on our recent visit due to the bad experienced with the customer service office (probably from China or local who can speak Mandarin). Not bias but the service quality was totally different from all of our previous trips.
Do not feel like repeat the whole story here but just to alert everyone here to avoid his service during your visit!
