Service excellence with good location

Westin BKK has never once disappoint us in providing high service standard. We were warmly greeted by the concierge team and promptly attended by the front-desk reception that made our check-in fast so we can have a good rest after been stuck in BKK jam for 2 hours.
We got a room upgrade and at high floor which keeps us away from the noisy traffic. Room service food was fantastic and we couldn't help but had supper even after a heavy dinner.
Our overall stay was awesome and we are already looking forward to return in June with our kids.
See you again in June Westin.

Clean and close but crowded with tourists
Other hotels nearby are just as nice, but not so sterile and crowded.

Great hotel in great location
