does not live up to it's name

For a 4-star it woulda been wow. But this is Westin! I'm sorry to say that nothing impressed me at all. The rooms were small, dusty, old, and plumbing wasn't all working 100%. Had it been another place, I won't complain. But it's the Westin, and they were charging 2x more than other 5star hotels in the area.
