This hotel is so badly managed it beggars belief. Everything that could have gone wrong did, everything that could have been badly handled was. The hotel looks great but there is a complete failure of management so that the slightest hiccup escalated to the point of complete failure. What makes it worse is that there were no apologies, no issue was dealt with effectively. We weren’t able to access our rooms until 5pm and 630pm, our luggage as repeatedly mislaid despite showing staff where it was, the ac in the room was weak, spare beds appeared mysteriously without being requested, service in the lobby bar and Breakfast area is soporific. I could go on but put short - for this money and this brand the hotel should be firing on all cylinders. It isn’t. The worst hotel I have stayed at in Asia. And here is a tip for the hotel manager - when you know you have unhappy customers, maybe contact them - especially when they requested it. Shame on Park Hyatt.
