Great Experience

It's my second time staying at Park Hyatt Bangkok, and their service is great as always. Staff are nice and willing to provide everything you need. I particularly love the outdoor swimming pool. Yes, it's relatively small compared with other hotel pools in Bangkok. However, the landscape of the pool is quite delicate tha you can spend all morning or afternoon there. I also went to Penthouse and Rooftop bar. They make great cocktails, and the environment is stunning. Overall, I am very pleased staying there even only for one night.

Trusted in the Hyatt group , therefore made the reservation. However the most important receptionist training was way below the standard, not considering at all .even worst than a local hotel.
