All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very good with young children. The hotel looks better in real life than in the photos. Location is perfect where it is within walking distance to the mall yet on the quiet end of Chaweng Beach which is more suitable for families. We had a walk down the beach and agree that Banana Fan Sea Resort looks the best amongst the beachfront hotels. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to recommend this to anyone travelling to Koh Samui!

Christmas Holiday
Not much of a Christmas Vibe but alright. The pools were quite nice and the breakfast was better than expected.

The people working there were the best and what makes the place so great. They care and it shows.

Excellent resort!
The service, rooms, staff, and location - all excellent. Newly renovated, lush king bed.... and infinity pool was magical. The service was exceptional, friendly and welcoming :) Highly recommend it!
