First off, the staff is why this place gets three stars instead of two. Great humans. The place was clean, location is great, and it included breakfast. The facilities could use some upkeep. I booked on an Agoda flash deal that claimed the regular rates were $49 USD per night, and came down to $19. I should know better. At $19 the place was just barely worth it - there are other budget hotels in Bangkok with bathrooms larger than 1sq m, where they don't cover the desk stool in plastic wrap, and the rooms have windows (a piece of glass that looks at a concrete wall 3cm away is not a window, it is just glass). If the place was advertised as a budget hotel - fine. Clean, good location, great staff, walk to BTS. But I probably won't stay again.
