When we arrived we found the room had a couple of large bugs in so we requested a change. The hotel obliged and put us next door. There we found the internet did not work, also my wife found the shower difficult to switch on. It was not obvious how to operate as I neither could work it out. In the end we asked for help and after some delay and a strong complaint from myself three people came to our assistance. They showed us how to operate the shower (but only after one member of staff asked his colleague for help). The internet was far more of a problem however and has meant during our whole 5 night stay I had to work in the hotel lobby when I needed an internet connection. There was also no children's TV and only France24 that spoke any English. There were over 100 Thai channels available. This I find quite mystifying as there was at least three westerners staying in the hotel at the time even during Covid! I also found strange as did my Thai wife that hardly anyone spoke English on the reception desk. In closing I ight
