chose this hotel for proximity to the mall. hotel policy is absolutely no early check-in - many guests waiting until exactly 2pm. - ridiculous policy. with 1 exception staff polite and helpful. deposit required 400B cash. had to pay room at the property - credit card accepted. room large and clean. decent bed good sleep. shower pressure always changing so the hot water temperature alternates between cool and hot. wifi terrible. no English tv channels. very little parking available. the shuttle to/from the mall is a nice perk as heavy traffic and no sidewalk can make walking dangerous. ask for drivers phone number for return trip. breakfast plentiful and warm with thai and western. found the thai food tasteless but good choice of fruit and veggies. overall staying here is a reasonable choice if shopping at the mall since one can avoid heavy downtown traffic and the cumbersome mall parking..
