Family holiday
The set up with the two bedroom suites were great for our family needs as we have young children. We could sit out side by the pool while the kids were sleeping as the decking to our room was right beside the pool. The staff were attentive especially April and no request was too much for them. Sometimes I did however get frustrated with people saying yes to my requests when actually they didn’t understand me instead of asking me to repeat myself so they fully understood in these cases I made sure I always spoke with April when I wanted needed anything. Nikki beach was great as it was right on the beach and had a quiet pool area for families and a more lively beach club pool for people who wanted to party, so we got the best of both worlds. There was not many dining option outside the hotel but the option s that were there were really good. One thing that could be improved was the deck chairs needed cushions on them by the Family pool. There were very uncomfortable.
