Great location but services need improvement

Wake Up Ao Nang is situated in a prime location. One of the good things about this hotel is their location. Their staff still need more training with regards to handling guests. They weren't as courteous and helpful.
If you have heavy luggages, it will be difficult to bring them to the lobby area of the hotel. Since the reception is at the 2nd floor and no elevator is available on the ground floor, you need to drag to luggages in order to go to the reception area. The hotel needs to think of a better way on how to transport luggages from the ground floor to the 2nd floor.
