This hotel is great. I have been in touch with them before I booked for almost 3 weeks before. They were very welcoming when we were there. My family is total of 20 adults, hence we booked all the room with pool acces on the first floor. The staff also accept my request which they bought a floating basket for floating breakfast that I want 😭 it’s sooo great. I would give them 10 stars if I can. They facilitate us with a good service. All my family loves staying here. Even when we ordered food from Grabfood, they even helping us communicate with the rider. They even provide us fork and spoon. We will stay here again when we travel in Phuket. Thank you Thames Pool access Hotel ❤️ Much love from us, Haji Hassan Family

Overall was a pleasant stay.
Pros : Gated car park with security guard. Each room is near to the swimming pool. Swimming is clean and maintained. Cons : The lift was hot as oven. The room does not have good lighting and feeling ... อ่านต่อ
