Tranquil boutique resort with great staff

X2 Riverside is a boutique resort with only 25 rooms located on the bank of Ping river. It has a lovely surrounding and ambience, with designer touches everywhere. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown CM, this is the place to be. But what made the resort really stood out is their outstanding service attitude - they truly live up to their motto of "We love our customers". Everyone was courteous and professional, and often go the extra mile to make guests happy by accommodating their requests. I informed the resort that my wife will celebrate her birthday at the resort but didn't expect much. When we went back to our room in the evening that day, the staff had painstakingly spelt "Happy Birthday" on the bed using red rose petals, plus a birthday cake, a bottle of red and a large bouquet of flowers, all complimentary. It was a really lovely surprise for all of us, especially my wife. Get ready to be spoilt by the excellent service at X2 Riverside, highly recommended!

Nice, new place. Exceptional staff

Amazing resort!
The resort is really great! Nice environment. Clean. Breakfast is amazing! Relax! Hotel arranges flowers for me, such a surprise! Have a sweet time here! Will definitely book this hotel again!
