Beautiful new rooms, Perfect Beach front location, Great restaurant

15 Palms is the Best mid-priced Hotel you can find on Koh Chang. The location is exceptional right in the middle of the most beautiful White Sand Beach. The rooms are all brand new and the beds, linen, furniture, bathrooms are genuinely 5 star and spotlessly clean. The staff are all really nice and speak great English. The Restaurant serves great food at good prices, in their Beach-side restaurant. Breakfast options are great and in the evenings they have tables and beanbags on the beach to enjoy the sunset. There are great upmarket and budget cafes and restaurants up and down the beach and the main road, with beautiful mountainside backdrop.

Prefect location
Small hotell but perfect for us. Nice staff, great breakfast, right on the beach and with great rooms

Smells like mold and sewer!!
Very comfortable bed and pillows, everything is new and looks good! But the smell of mold is horrible and sticks to your clothes! Also from time to time a really bad sewer smell comes from the toilet... อ่านต่อ

Staff hospitality
Our stay didn't satisfied due to sand in the room and staff didn't have service mind. We've lost our clothes in the hotel and no one willing to find it until we want to contact the owner.
