Good stay

Irin Beach Cha-am is almost situated at Cha-am beach so the location is very good. The room is very cute and clean. Staff are friendly but are having a hard time to communicate in English. The hotel has a small pool to relax. Wi-Fi connection is not really okay in the room, you better need to go to the reception or at the restaurant for a better connection. Breakfast is understandably bad and boring as it is complimentary. Overall, I really had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at Irin Beach.

One time stay only
Basic hotel with rules for oo much lot of requirements. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room with no safe. Small parking at the front space at the back.

Ok as a whole
Nice brand new hotel and room. Very clean. Good view from the sea view deluxe rooms. I didn't like the connecting doors between the rooms.
