Urine smell in the room

After checked in room found a very bad urine smell in the room beside the bed.Asked help from the front desk,the hotel's staff come to the room and confirm that really is urine smell.He just use the air perfume spray to the room and didn't help us any other.Ask to change room or clean it up but they refuse to do.It's a very bad experience and nightmares in my life to stay a room like this.The heater shower also working improperly.Old room facilities.

About 1.5km away form city . will be noisy before the neighbor Karaoke shop close , about 12 a.m . Bugs bed doubts my few members felt bited
