Good property— Good location

Acute communication problem. No one could speak English. We had booked a deluxe room but it smelt damp so was put in a lower category with obligation. Housekeeper was saving on utilities- bathroom as well as tea bags , sugar and coffee companion - milk powder no idea whether instructions were from top. Bed sheets were patched up.

Well placed for getting around. Enjoyed our stay
Staff were very nice and would go out of their way to help you. Lovely bedroom. The chef Sam would cook up breakfast for you to your liking.

Not bad, friendly staff. Location is by Khao San and there are no subway stops nearby Taxi's and tuk tuk's are the only way to travel to and from the hotel.
