Every thing was nice and pleasant suited for 6 star accommodation, however during checkout, the maid

could not find a nail polish remover and the front desk tried to charge the bill on us even though we searched all our luggages and couldn’t find the thing. After 1,500$ in stay and 300$ more using various services at their facilities, perhaps they should have a better way of managing their missing nail polish remover!

We found cockroaches in the bathroom. The hot tub had floating bits of brown either from filter not clean or the water. The facilities need maintenance. The plus side - staff are excellent.
