The service and facility of W hotel didn't meet my

I was surprised by the staff's without warm greeting upon arrival. The butlers seemed introduced the room and hotel facilities in a rush and immediately rolled out of villa after quick touring. The most unacceptable thing in such expensive w hotel is the service in restaurants . I would say we were really disappointed at W hotel in Sami comparing with many other luxury resorts.

nice hotel, good good, but bad quality of sand

Spectacular Hotel!
