Firstly, I’d like to thank you to all of you to make our trip so memorable. It’s been a tough year for everyone especially hotel crew as we know how this situation affected you all badly. However, the quality of your services is still there, even beyond.
We’d like to thank you to Khun Oh (the male staff from the Kitchen Table) who took care of us at the Christmas lunch. As we have been a big fan of W does brunch in BKK, we kinda know how you run this thing fairly well. There was a misunderstanding at the beginning about our booking but he managed to recover our negative feelings very well and quickly. It was something that we really appreciated, and we knew that W would highly be our favourite place to stay for our future Samui trip from now on.
One more compliment to your front desk staff, apologies I did not manage to get her name. She checked us in on the 22nd December. She was so kind and patient while explaining things. I could catch everything she explained the first time at the concierge. (You know you get loads of information when you check in, never 100% remember everything at the first place - but she did it well which really surprised me) Kudos to her great communication.
