Could be a lovely hotel but currently getting it all wrong.

My wife and I stayed here with two friends in March 2018 and were quite excited to visit as the property appeared to offer a reasonable level of luxury at a very good price.
Unfortunately whilst the property itself has huge potential to be a lovely resort, the owner is simply getting it all wrong but trying to create a party hotel whilst trying to get in families and couples. The childrens climbing frame in the garden is at odds with the insistence on playing techno music at unpleasant levels all day long through to midnight.... at which point the owner starts up his after party which is audible throughout the resort.
On our first night there was an unbelievable bad & loud DJ on site and so we checked with no less than three reception staff what time the music would stop and clarified that this was a one off. Whilst we understand from 15 years travelling Thailand that keeping face is important.... point blank lies are not acceptable as the music continued for all three nights.

Room was clean as in bacteria free. Thr door to the toilet was damaged. Water stream was very weak

Very good hotel but choose you room wisely
We had a room next to the reception and motorbikes coming in and out at night woke us up several times. Otherwise great personnel, good rooms and right on the beach. Excellent quality for the price
