Not a good care taker resort

We had booked 2 rooms. 1. Water tap couldn't balance hot and cold water, this means, you either get extreme hot water or extreme cold water. 2. I had reserved our rooms 3 weeks in advance and had specified required twin beds for both rooms. Ended they gives us double bed for both rooms and told us that all rooms are full??!! - Shouldn't be that they should informed us way in-advance so we can change hotel? No excuse from them which can causes many inconvenient to they customers. Not even can gives us a room with twin beds. 3. Never do booking in this resort again.

Each room has color and theme difference. In bath room, have music turn on when you open the door.

totally different from the pictures.
room is very humid and many mosquito, also very different from the picture. Do not recommend.

Nice and enchanted resort
Pleasant stay, on our way to Nakhon Sawan. Very limited breakfast. Also nice place for wedding party
