Management not helpful to guests , but excellent support staff

I stayed there over a period of 4 days and I found the reception staff especially Sirikorn to be very helpful and tries her best to provide help. But the management are very rigid in trying to save costs..for example...they asked for a 50 Baht deposit to get a adaptor......They would not allow me to print out a ticket confirmation even though I was willing to pay.....and wanted to charge me 30B a minute for a call to Bangkok.....this was just ridiculous.......

Acceptable

Highly recommended!
