Let me talk about the positive reviews first before going to the negative ones.
Generic
- Borrowed a travel adapter for a deposit of 50 baht. But to borrow a hair dryer, requires a deposit of 1000baht (whut?)
Pros.
- Arrived at the hotel at 8am and was allowed check in
- Check out timing was decided by the staff at the point of time, had check out till 1pm.
- King size bed was fluffy and comfortable.
- Towels were soft and clean-felt.
Cons.
- Check in was horribly slow and they had to retain 2 passports for 2 rooms.
- Zero service and not friendly.
- Room was old and had brown wooden furniture. Did not really dare to touch the furniture nor hang my clothes.
- Toilet flush was weak and although toilet bowl itself seemed clean, the toilet floors had stains.
- Toilet shower curtain seemed dusty and unchanged since Day 1.
- My Kettle had a used teabag inside, unchanged. Yucks!
- The complimentary water glass provided was dusty on the outside.
