language barrier

unless you speak them, staying here will be very frustrating. the location and hotel itself are great, but due to the hotel and taxi driver (that they ordered without my permission, telling me it was the hotel shuttle), I spent 500 more baht getting around than I should have. worst communication of any hotel I've stayed at in Thailand.
