No value for money..

The staff was friendly. Our room had problems with air conditioning and electrical appliances. Air conditioning stopped working after a few hours of use. We got to change rooms. Also in this room there were problems with the equipment. The staff got the air conditioning to work but at night the device went off again and the sockets stopped working. We tried everything that staff did earlier but the device did not work. In the morning I went to this reception desk. The staff looked at the air conditioning again, which started working again. We had to be all night without air conditioning and plugs so we could have downloaded phones, for example. We stayed on the sixth floor where WiFi did not work properly either. This was miserable because we paid for these services. However, the food in the restaurant is good. And the hotel is neat.

just a normal hotel
request early breakfast at 7am but need to wait extra 5 mins. toilet water pressure very low. the food is good that i like.
