A poor and unsafe experience

The hotel front desk was friendly and helpfull but there is only 1 lift working although there are 2 lifts, so the waiting can be long for a 7 floor building!
The rooms are nice but due to a design fault, the bathroom is flooded after a shower.
The door to the corridor have poor finishing and the door locks are in poor conditions and after closing the door and locking it, it could be opened from the outside in just 1 second,
At 7:40am someone openned the door and would have come inside the room if we had not locked with the door chain. When coming to attend the door the person left and could not be seen!
At 9:40am a technitian knocked the door to fix something in the bathroom, without us having requested any fixing
