read the english...lift maintenance expired 3 march 2019. you failed to post the new certificate: hence u are judged on what is seen in the lift!!
i have never seen such a mess of floor levels, steep ramps, steps, single steps. The hotel design is a total mess.
why does the steel dining room floor move? why does the steel dining room access stairs roof shake when u walk down? why do u need to get out of bed to turn the lights off? there is no hot water at the handbasin
for breakfast u put out an nescafe gold bottle for coffee, but inside is cheap coffee.
finding a knife for breakfast is very difficult.
if i could i would give u MINUS 5 stars.
you need a proper hotel manager urgently !!

Possibly the best Hotel in Pakbara, Satun
